1. Introduction

Welcome to Goopim, a freelance marketplace that connects service providers with buyers. By accessing or using Goopim, you agree to comply with these terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these terms, you should stop using the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Goopim, you must:

4. Payment and Fees

4.1 Transaction Fees

Goopim applies a 20% service fee to all transactions completed on the platform. This fee is automatically deducted from payments made to service providers. The funds collected through this fee are reinvested into enhancing the platform, expanding marketing efforts, and creating new opportunities for both buyers and freelancers. By supporting Goopim, you’re not just securing a transaction – you’re contributing to the growth of a vibrant freelance community and enabling us to continually improve the services we offer.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Goopim does not store any payment information, and users agree to be bound by the terms of use of such processors.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on Goopim are the property of Goopim or its licensors. You are not permitted to use any intellectual property without prior written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (e.g., reviews, comments) to Goopim, you grant Goopim a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and modify such content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

7. Termination

Goopim reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any part of this Agreement. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Goopim is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, or incidental damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goopim, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the platform or violation of this Agreement.

10. Changes to the Agreement

Goopim reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
