Freelancers submit bids with price offers and time estimates, and payments are held securely until the Client confirms that the work is complete

3. User Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate project descriptions and timely feedback.

4. Payments and Fees
- Freelancers are charged a 10% commission on each completed project.
- Clients pay the agreed amount for services, which is held by Goopim until the work is completed and approved by the Client

All content and materials on Goopim, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Goopim or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content from the platform without written permission
