Welcome to Goopim, a freelance platform that connects freelancers with clients in Sweden. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.


  

2. Definitions

  

        

  • “Goopim” refers to our website and services.

  • “Freelancer” refers to individuals who offer services on Goopim.

    •     

  • “Client” refers to individuals or entities seeking services on Goopim.

    •     

  • “User” refers to both Freelancers and Clients.

3. User Registration

  

To use Goopim, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, complete, and current.


  

4. Use of Services

  

Goopim provides a platform for Freelancers to offer services and for Clients to find and hire Freelancers. Users are responsible for their interactions and transactions with other users. Goopim is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising between users.


  

5. Payment and Fees

  

        

  • Freelancers are charged a 20% commission on each completed project.

    •     

  • Clients will pay the agreed amount for services as per the terms negotiated with the Freelancer.

6. Intellectual Property

  

All content and materials on Goopim, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Goopim or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.


  

7. Prohibited Activities

  

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  

        

  • Using Goopim for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

    •     

  • Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.

    •     

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of Goopim.

    •   


  

8. Termination

  

Goopim reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s account for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Goopim.


  

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  

Goopim is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform or its services. Goopim shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.


  

10. Governing Law

  

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
